The provided breakfast was delicious and substantial with Island beers, quality home cooked food at reasonable prices and fresh fish. The location was stunning, on the sea front which is great and the interior design was nice.

I was upgraded to beautiful little superior family room with excellent views. The hotel was in a beachfront setting to Ryde along the coast. The staff were amazingly nice and kept the place fairly clean.

We appreciated staying in this fairly clean hotel. Everyone was caring and the room was beautifully decorated. We had a lovely bedroom. It was great little and had fantastic sea view.

Wonderful, lovely location not far from the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth Harbour as well as the restaurant/pub of the Boathouse. Nearby Courtyard Bar & Kitchen - great place to chill out. Decent staff, brand-new and top-class room with a sofa bed for the kids to share.

Family atmosphere, but some people working here are very slow. The breakfast is exceptional, the room is good-sized and well heated with glorious views over the solent. They have a flat-screen TV, tea, coffee, and a kettle. The hotel provides an exceptional service.

All in all everything was really good, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for five nights before Easter. We ate at a nice restaurant with good view and actual nice food. The view of the beach was fantastic. The location was magnificent, not too far from Appley Towers. The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a relatively quiet area.

Nothing beats being in Boathouse. The food was OUTSTANDING, the rooms were airy and pleasant. Really enjoyed dainties at puckpool tea gardens, it was next door to the hotel. Bay view was worthy.
